What better to cozy up with on a cold winter day? All you need is a cup of cocoa and a roaring fire and you're good to go.
Shopping List
1 box of white cake mix
2 small boxes of instant vanilla pudding
1/2 cup of veggie oil
1 1/4 cups water
4 eggs
2 cups white chocolate chips, divided
4 cups powdered sugar
1 stick butter, softened
Sprinkles to garnish
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Grease (I use Pam) a 10 inch bundt pan
In mixing bowl, combine cake mix, puddings, oil, water and eggs with electric mixer. Stir in one cup of white chocolate chips. Pour into prepared pan and bake 40-45 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Let cake rest on counter in pan 10 minutes. Then, invert cake onto serving plate to finish cooling.
To make the frosting, first melt remaining cup of white chocolate chips in microwave (stirring every 30 seconds). Then beat butter with powdered sugar and melted white chocolate until creamy. Spread on cooled cake and top with sprinkles.
Winter White Chocolate Cake is sure to melt away your winter blues.

Thanks for your sweet comment on my blog! I made this one last night, white chocolate is my favorite and it was so good! Although, my husband is starting to wonder why I am baking all these bundt cakes :)
